Over three decades in the Flavours & Fragrances industry have taken me on a journey across continents, cultures, and markets. Along the way, including my years as Vice President at Symrise, I had the privilege of leading diverse teams, building strategies, and navigating the challenges of a fast-changing global industry.
Today, I’ve shifted my focus to what I find most rewarding: working closely with SMEs and mid-sized companies to strengthen their strategy, sourcing, and sustainability. I’ve seen firsthand how even small, thoughtful changes can create a ripple effect, driving growth for businesses while also making a difference to the communities around them.
With the backing of an Australian Global Talent Visa and Singapore PEP, I bring the benefit of international experience.
